A dash of Gold

 Got bling?

DasherCLGold

Happy Thursday!!  Can you believe it's almost Thanksgiving??!!

I am in a mad rush trying to get my Christmas cards done (HA!)  but in order to do that, I need to actually come up with something to work with..so far no winners yet BUT I decided to use my Dasher stamp first since I really want to try and make this whole process as simple as possible..

Incidentally, has anybody actually finished their Christmas Cards yet??

I came up with a couple of cards yesterday that would be super easy to make assembly line style, so today I'm sharing this one, which is super easy, but because Dasher is embossed, it has lots of shine and bling (hey, it's the Latin in me that carves anything shiny Smiley from millan.net) lol..

Okay, enough chit chat, onto my card:

You'll have to forgive my lighting, I think I shot this from up in a tree...anyhoo, is this fancy schmancy or what??..  Super easy, simple and quick!  I used Ancient Gold Ranger Embossing powder in Enchanted Gold to emboss Dasher.  Love those Ranger powders, they're not overly bright and the colors are just delish.  The patterned paper (and the gold is the reverse side) is from Martha Stewart - it even has gold foil accents.  I love the soft blue background too, I think it works great with red! I used my circle Nestabilities to cut out my image and voila!  easy right?

I will be sharing a couple of other Dasher cards later on today so be sure to check back soon!

Have a happy stampy day!
