Happy Stampin' Sunday sugarmuffins!!

FashionMamaCL
I'm so happy that I finally headed to my stamping cave to try and get myself out of this yucky-cold funk!

I just came across this awesome challenge on Splitcoast to use fabric/felt on a card, and since I was looking to ink up this adorable Baby Bump set, I thought it would be the perfect time to use it (not to mention, I'd been hoarding this delicious collection of fabric forever, and along with stamps and all my goodies, Fabric, my friends just about makes me..Smiley from millan.net )Yummy!

Anyhoo, onto my card for today:

I used another sketch challenge (SC278) for my layout since I thought the panels on the sketch would be perfect for the fabric I wanted to use.  I stamped my "Fashion Mama" onto the flowered and brown fabric so that I could paper-piece her shirt and pants.  Her boots and the shopping bags are colored using Copics.  I added some yummy dusty durango ribbon and vintage eyelets to finish up my card, and voila! easy as pie!

Isn't it this fun??  Since I have a huge yummy fabric collection and it doesn't look like I'm going to be working for Versace any time soon, I will definitely be putting them to use on my cards more often! I LOVE it, this was so much fun!!

Well I hope you're having a wonderful day! I'm off to stamp some more as it is almost sneak peek time for our TE May release!!! YAY!! wait 'till you see whats coming!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Alex
