little baby Harriette!

She's heeere!!

And no, sadly, I'm not talking about one of those cute little thingies that spits up 24/7 and makes all sorts of noise at ungodly hours of the night.. I'm talking about Harriette the Hippo!!

Is she not the stinkin'est cutest???  As soon as I saw her, I KNEW she'd be perfect for a baby card!  Now, this was a very easy card to put together and it just looks adorable (all modesty aside of course!!) I think it's one of those lifesaver cards when you need to come up with something lightning fast!!

I used my new nestabilities scalloped square to make the back panel and then embossed it with the cuttlebug embossing folder.

Harriette was stamped directly on the patterned paper and cut out - I think she looks  just too cute in her polka dots!  (This step also saves some coloring time :) throw in some dimensionals, a little ribbon and voila!!

As much as I love spending hours on any one card - it's so satisfying to be able to whip up something quickly when you need it!!

Thanks for checking in and have a happy hippo Tuesday!!
