August TE Sneak Peek - Day 1

Hello Sugarmuffins!!!

I'm back from CHA, where a fabu-licious time was had by all!  I had so much fun meeting so many of you, and I am just as thrilled to be back just in time for another fabulous TE release!!

Today we are sharing something truly to DIE for!! some of you who visited our booth had the fun surprise of checking out and playing with the brand spankin' new TayloredDies!  Gorgeous, yummy, and so very fun!!!  If that weren't fun enough we have a coordinating tamp set too!!  Wanna take a peek??

GroceryListCL
Are you swooning yet??

I am absolutely in love with my new Take Note stamp set and coordinating dies!  The possibilities are endless for both handy and stylish projects for you to create using this fun combo!  Here is one of the projects I made first:

GroceryListSM

I made a simple notepad cover using the gorgeous cardstock and patterned
papers included in the July Key Ingredients Kit.  I know how excited
many of you were because you were able to score these kits up at the
show, and it is no wonder because they are absolutely delish!!  All I
needed was one sheet of cardstock to fit my notepad and some simple
scoring and voila! Ready to be embellished!  I used my fabu-new Take Note Frame 2 Die to make this gorgeous cork mat for my image, and added a couple of Taylor's Clear Twinkles to dazzle it up a bit.  I stamped my "Grocery List" label using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and added some Butterscotch Adirondack Dimensional Pearls to my stamped label, and finally, some light distressing!  DO you love how easy and fun this is??

Finally, I wanted to show you what the inside of my project looks like! ...I just love my
gorgeous pink notepad, don't you?? It's so very girly and so very pink, just perfect for me! Smiley from millan.net

Now tell me, wouldn't this make that dreadful task of shopping for groceries so much more fun??

I just know you're going to love ALL of the images included in the Take Note Stamp set, and their coordinating dies!  What I am loving most right now is how seamlessly they "fit in" with all of my favorite TE sets!  Here's a peek at my next project:

TeacherLabelCL

I figure it's never too early to start building up my stack of "teacher" cards for the upcoming school year, so I decided to pair up my Extra Credit stamp set and another of the gorgeous stamps and dies from Take Note to make this card:

TeacherLabelSM
DO you just adore this combo?? I stamped my Label stamp and because of the design of these dies, and the handy template guide, it is so easy to get perfectly even and lined up cuts every time!  All of the cardstock and patterned papers I used are from the Cuppie in the Kitchen Project Pantry Kit, and I added some ribbon from my July Key Ingredients Kit.  I love the way the label stamp makes such a gorgeous frame for my sentiment!

I hope you're as excited about this fun stamp set and out coordinating dies as we are, and I can't wait to see what the rest of the fabulous Baker's Dozen have cooked up for you today, so enjoy hopping around:
