I've been awfully quiet haven't I??  Just in time to start the year with a bad cold!  Sneezing
sigh.. I have not felt like doing much of anything so I've just been draggin' around - except today is a special day!!

It's Whachadoin' Wednesday at SUINK!  I am so excited to play along with this challenge - all you have to do is make an "I love you" card, (oh, and make it any size other than a standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2") simple enough right??  I decided I would make one for my little one, just to let him know I'm always thinking of him!

Here's a peek at the card I made:

SweetBoyCL

Be sure to pop over to the SUINK blog and play along with us!!

I have to share something amazing before I forget!! I used my brand spankin' new "Chocolate Box" Cardstock from Core'dinations (Thank YOU Denise!!) to make my card.
OMG!! I cannot even begin to tell you about this paper!! If you haven't had a chance to see it- RUN and grab yourself some!!  This fabulous textured CS has a colored back and core!! Not only is the paper itself wonderful quality, but the colors are just delicious!  There are all different shades of "chocolate" combined with every yummy color imaginable! I'm in love!!

The color I used on this card is called "BlueBerry" and both the brown and blue in this card are from the same sheet!! how cool is that?? Now you can get both your base and gorgeous mats & accents with the same piece of paper!!!   Is that to die for or what??

I KNOW you understand my excitement right?? This is fabulous for us scrapbookers too!! think of all the alphabets, the accents, the borders!! OKAY I guess I'm excited - can you tell?? :)

Thanks for stopping by for a visit!  I am off to play with my paper, and I hope you play along with this fun challenge!!

Have a fabulous Wednesday!!

Hugs,

Alex
